Do you have a brick and mortar retail store?
Many people have asked us if we have a physical store, but at present, we do not. Yes, we have considered the idea and are not opposed to it, but for now we're focused on the web business. We do have a warehouse located at 141 N. Main Street, Granite Falls, NC 28630
Do you drop ship?
No. To ensure faster shipment, we ship from our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to the US and Canada.
When can I expect to receive my order?
We ship almost all orders through the US Postal Service. We try to ship out orders the day of or the day after they were ordered. Customers can then expect the USPS to deliver within 3-5 business days after shipment.
I don't have a PayPal account. Can you accept other forms of payment?
We accept payments from both PayPal and Amazon. Since most everyone on the planet has made a purchase using these methods, hopefully, one of these will do.
Do you sell wholesale?
No, but we do offer quantity discounts.
